The waiting is over, now Jio launches a new update for the Jio phone (Jio phone 1), While the launching of the Jio phone people where exciting about the Jio phone, at the time of launching, the Jio was given us wifi surprise and that feature was awesome for this price range devices, jio phone was launched at 1500 Indian rupees (Refund after 3 years with some term and condition), 
But peoples was missing the Hotspot feature, jio was disabled the hotspot feature at the time of launch, even the hardware is compatible with the Hotspot feature, but they disabled it while the launching. But they promise to the user that, "they will release an update for the hotspot feature".
From that time the peoples are waiting for the JIO phone hotspot feature.

Now JIO is released their new Update for the JIO phone ( Jio Phone 1). the name of the Software update is "KAI OS VERSION: kaios_jio_quoin_2_5_20181106_R3_ER1_production"
Starting the Hotspot in your JIO phone. make sure that you are in the latest version of KAI OS, if not then download the new update.

Follow the following procedure for starting the Hotspot in JIO phone. 

  • Open the setting app

  • Go to the Network and connectivity
  • Scroll down at 8th Number You can see The "Internet sharing" option Click on that

  • Now you can see the wifi hotspot option ( Do not on Unless the setting the Wifi name and password ).

  • Now click on the "Hotspot Setting" option

  • put the hotspot wifi name (SSID Network Name) by default it is KaiOS Phone

  • If you want to put the password to the hotspot click on the WPA2
